UNBOUND SELFRELEASE · RECLAIM · LIVE FREE
A LITTLE SPACE. JUST FOR YOU.
Your daily moment of self-respect

You’re allowed to grow.
At your own pace.

Grounded affirmations and small steps for men finding their way back to themselves.

TODAY’S AFFIRMATION
Put it into practice

One small step.

Small counts. There’s no streak to keep up with.

Pause & return

Relax your shoulders. Take three comfortable breaths. You don’t have to solve everything right now.

What do you need today?

Choose a theme that meets you where you are.

You don’t have to prove your worth here.

Take the words that help. Leave what doesn’t fit. Self-respect can start with one honest, ordinary moment.

A little encouragement, every day

Daily encouragement.

Let a kind reminder find you. Receive a different message each day at 9am Sydney time, even when the app is closed.

OPTIONAL · OFF

Reminders are off. You choose whether to turn them on.

Getting reminders on your phone

On iPhone or iPad: in Safari, choose Share → Add to Home Screen. Open the app from that icon, tap Turn on daily reminders, then Allow. Requires a version of iOS or iPadOS that supports web push (16.4 or later).

On Android: open this app in Chrome, then tap Turn on daily reminders and allow notifications. You can also add the app to your Home Screen.

Delivery depends on your browser, connection and phone settings. Focus or Do Not Disturb may silence reminders. Notifications can appear on your lock screen.

If you opt in, we store this browser’s push subscription and a random device identifier so we can send your reminders. We don’t upload your journal answers. Turning reminders off removes your subscription from our reminder service.
